Relay for Life Kupcakes

Kimmi's Kupcakes was honored to be involved in the

2nd Annual Relay for Life.

We donated 5 dozen kupcakes for the Dance team to sell and raise money.

Oh my, what is this?
A blonde bombshell, of course. Super silky vanilla sponge cake, filled with a creamy vanilla and topped in a vanilla icing.


I created the Dark Chocolate Raspberry in honor of my sweet friend Deb. They are so fabulous. Dark chocolate cake, filled with a silky smooth milk chocolate and topped in a chocolate raspberry icing. It is smooth, rich and wonderful.

Papa Jerry's Birthday

Emily Pearl enjoyed the Almond Joy Kupcake.

It is a chocolate cake with toasted coconut inside.

Topped with a silky almond frosting then rolled in toasted coconut

and finished with a chocolate covered almond.

I love this time of year!

Mmmm ...the smell of pumpkin pie, apple and cinnamon. I love the scents and colors of fall. It is finally starting to cool off here and I for one am thankful for that.

Today's 'kupcakes' were for a two very special friends. I made a super moist Oreo Devotion in honor of Candi getting her cast off. Yippeee!

The Clinton family are headed to Hutch and they needs some goodies for the road. I made these fabulous peanut butter kupcakes topped with my silky smooth classic chocolate icing. I hope the boys loved them! I sure love that family.

Strawberries and Cream

Super moist strawberry cake filled with a

cream cheese vanilla icing. Topped in our traditional

vanilla icing and rolled in red and white sprinkles.

Lemon Raspberry Kisses

As subtle lemon cake topped with a silky vanilla.

Then kissed with a fresh raspberry daisy.

Fluffernutter Kupcakes

The Fluffernutter Kupcake

When I was working outside of Boston is when I had my first fluffernutter sandwich.

I remember it being so gooy and good. So I thought why not kick it up a knotch.

This is how I came up with this kupcake.

Our classic chocolate kupcake is topped with marshmallow cream

that is whipped with peanut butter and mini marshmallows.

Then what what the heck, lets put some chocolate sprinkles on top!

Root beer float anyone?

Summertime sipper...

A moist root beer flavored cake, yeah, you read that right.
It is topped with a vanilla icing in shapes of ice cream scoops.
Finished with a straw!

It is an awesome cake that looks a great as it tastes.



Please, no slurping!!

A creamy chocolate frosting on topped with marshmallows ,

chunks of chocolate and bits of graham crackers

Turtle Brownie Kupcake

A rich chocolate brownie with chunks of chocolate inside.

A silky layer of caramel on top then it is drizzled with

a chocolate ganache sauce.

All I can say is that every time I make these, they are

the ones that go first..Yummm
